1. "What do I need to use the VHS2DVD Wizard software?"

 

You need all the following:

 

PC w/ Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7 (64-bit supported)
XP 1-2 GB RAM, Vista/7 2-4 GB RAM
DVD burner
VCR video tape player
Free USB 2.0 port
5+ GB free disk space

2. "Is there a Mac-compatible version of the VHS2DVD Wizard?"

 

VHS2DVD Wizard is only PC-compatible at this time, sorry.

 

 

3. "Does VHS2DVD Wizard work with copyrighted video tapes?"

 

Yes, it will work. The VHS2DVD Wizard software converts any VHS tape to DVD. However, please only transfer VHS tapes that you have purchased to DVD.
 

 

4. "Can I convert 8 mm tapes? Does this work with camcorders?"

 

Yes, VHS2DVD Wizard can work with a camcorders. In fact, it will work with any device that provides video/audio out. Otherwise, it just works to convert VHS to DVD's.

 

 

5. "How long does it take to transfer a video tape?"

 

It transfers at normal speed. There's no faster way. However, you can leave the transfer unattended and come back to stop the video capture.

 

 

6. "I'm not good on the computer. Is VHS2DVD Wizard for me?"

 

Yes! The VHS2DVD Wizard software was designed specifically for ease-of-use. Anyone should be able to use it.

7. "Is your ordering system safe?"

Orders are normally shipped in 1-3 business days. For USA orders, it will usually take 2-4 business days after that for you to receive the software.
